KARANI GROUP was established in Dubai in 1986 and today delivers construction, interior fit-out, bespoke joinery, restoration and facility management across the UAE and India. More than 600 completed projects and over 300 professionals sit behind every programme we commit to, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified management systems and two owned joinery facilities — 35,000 sq ft in Dubai and 18,500 sq ft in Mumbai.

Our teams work across five disciplines — construction, interior fit-out, bespoke joinery, restoration and facility management — from offices in Dubai and Mumbai. Roles span site execution, project management, design coordination, estimation and procurement, joinery manufacturing, MEP coordination, HSE and corporate functions.

How our projects are delivered

Working with a single-point contractor removes the most common source of delay on fit-out and construction projects: unclear accountability between designer, main contractor, joinery supplier and MEP subcontractor. One KARANI GROUP team owns design coordination, procurement, authority submissions, site management, testing and commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.

Quality control runs against documented hold points. Shop drawings and material submittals are approved before fabrication begins, samples are signed off on site, and first-fix, second-fix and pre-handover inspections are recorded. Health, safety and environmental procedures follow certified method statements with permit-to-work controls, toolbox talks and daily supervision.

Where our people work

UAE roles are based at our Dubai headquarters, our 35,000 sq ft Dubai joinery facility and project sites across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. India roles are based in Mumbai, at our 18,500 sq ft joinery facility and on project sites across India.
